Loom is a NW London-based arts consultancy founded by Grace Williams. We produce, manage, commission and advise on public art, cultural and community projects.
Since 2017, Grace has worked mainly in Old Oak and Park Royal, London’s largest industrial area and home to a growing creative community.
We work with local authorities, developers and businesses to create opportunities for artists and grassroots organisations to benefit directly from the area’s regeneration.

Public Art Commissioning
We partner with developers, public sector bodies, and businesses to integrate artists and creatives into the public realm.
From the planning application stage through to completion, we provide end-to-end expertise in delivering ambitious and complex artworks. Our speciality is working with artists who invite authentic and meaningful collaboration with the communities in which they work.
Cultural Programmes
We design and deliver high quality, inclusive and engaging cultural programmes for festivals and arts institutions.
From 2021 - 2005 we led the programming for Park Royal Design District, a non-profit organisation which delivered bi-annual art and design festivals during London Design Festival and London Craft Week.
